Despite efforts by mainstream media outlets to promote positive body image in young people, it’s still one of the main concerns at the forefront of Australians’ minds.

A 2018 study conducted by The Butterfly Foundation found over 40 per cent of Australians were unhappy with their appearance, and at least 73 per cent wished they could change how they looked.
