ARIAS 2017: Who won what?

Hatch was on the red carpet as Australia’s music industry lined up ahead of Tuesday’s ARIA Awards.

Reality TV stars, DJs and social media influencers lapped up the attention as they mixed with Australia’s top music artists ahead of the 31st ARIAs.

But the big names the fans – and the media – came to see, ditched the red carpet. Lorde and Harry Styles had top billing, but the New Zealand based Grammy winner was nowhere to be seen, and the ex-boy band heart throb chose to sneak into Sydney’s The Star via the back door.

Even a glimpse of Styles was enough to set fans screaming, but they were left to spend the rest of the night looking for him through glass windows.

Once inside, the acts the fans voted the best, the most popular, the most promising and so on, were called to the stage. The full lists of winners, (courtesy Pedestrian TV) is:
